Superintendent Search
The Winslow Township Board of Education seeks an innovative, student-centered Superintendent to lead a supportive family-oriented PK-12 district that values strong academics, small class sizes and broad student opportunities. The Superintendent will cultivate an inclusive and positive culture that promotes academic growth, guide the district with strategic vision and integrity, and build trust and strong partnerships among students, staff, families and the BOE. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, thoughtful decision-maker and inspiring leader dedicated to the success of every child.
The district serves
approximately 5000 students across nine schools, supported by 700 staff
members, and an approximate $137 million budget. It offers a rigorous curriculum
aligned with NJSLS, Pre-K – 12, advanced course work including AP courses,
internships, experiential learning and extensive arts, athletics and
extracurricular programs. Candidates should bring a proven record of
elevating student success, expertise in curriculum design and instruction,
finance and budgeting, long-range planning, personnel management and effective
communication and leadership skills.
